What is letterpress printing?
Letterpress is a traditional way of printing in which the raised surface of the type carries the ink and is pressed directly into the paper, creating a slightly indented print. These days, this historic printing technique is primarily used for high-quality, short-run projects and limited edition books. When you purchase a letterpress card, you hold in your hands a finely crafted printed piece.
Do you create custom card designs?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

What is your shipping policy?
We make every effort to process your order within 2 to 3 business days. The actual time of delivery depends on which form of delivery service you select during check-out, at which time you will also be alerted to the shipping cost.
Please note that we can only ship to US street addresses (sorry, no PO boxes). For Canadian and other international orders, please contact us at info@cecilyink.com or 503.970.8675 for a shipping quote.
What is your exchange and return policy?
Naturally, we hope you simply love our products! However, should you need to return or exchange an item, please do so within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a refund or exchange. Please note that there are no refunds on shipping & handling, and items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
To expedite the return process, please include a copy of your invoice with your shipment. You may want to insure your return shipment, since lost shipments are the sender’s responsibility. All returns must be shipped to: Cecily Ink, 1848 NE 58th Avenue, Portland OR 97213.
In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged, damage claims should be made within 48 hours of receipt by contacting us at 503.970.8675.
What is your privacy policy?
We value your business and want to ensure your private information stays private. All information gathered on this web site is used for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and will not be sold to any third party.
We do occasionally send out emails to announce new products and special promotions. If you do not wish to receive any emails, please email us at info@cecilyink.com and put "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
Is this website secure?
Yes. During the checkout process, we use a secure socket layer (SSL) to make sure all your private information is protected and safe from fraud.
What if the products I want are out of stock or on backorder?
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you within 1 to 2 business days so you can decide to wait for the item to become available or cancel the order.
